How to make turmeric tamarind drink







Ingredients:


  • 500 g of water
  • 125 g turmeric
  • 120 g tamarind java
  • 70 g brown sugar

Tool:

  • Knife
  • Glass
  • Pan
  • Scar 


Steps:

  1. First wash turmeric thoroughly 
  2.  Second peel turmeric 
  3. Third grated turmeric that has been peeled
  4. After that cook the water in a pan
  5. Then add turmeric, tamarind java, and brown sugar into a pan filled with water    
  6. Then stir until it boils
  7. Then strain and put into a glass
  8. Finished turmeric tamarind drinks ready to be served

How turmeric tamarind drink is made


General Statement
  
Indonesia is a country rich in traditional medicines which is very good for health. These traditional medicines apparently use materials found in the surrounding environment. In addition to being able to nourish the body, traditional medicines are also free of chemicals. Herbal medicines are still sustainable until today. Herbal medicine is one of the herbal medicines that are often consumed by Indonesian people who have very effective properties in overcoming various health problems including turmeric acid. Turmeric acid is a natural herb that is believed to be hereditary to overcome various health problems.
 Tamarind turmeric is one of the traditional herbal medicine that has amazing health benefits. Maybe almost some people use this drink or herbal medicine as a health drink

Sequenced of explanation     

Before starting, we must prepare the ingredients. The ingredients include turmeric, tamarind, water, and brown sugar. The turmeric that is prepared must be clean and shredded. While for other ingredients can be according to taste for example, like sweet can use more brown sugar. we can start cooking.
we first prepare the pan and then fill it with water. After that we turn on the stove on medium heat. Then add 125 g of turmeric, 120 g of acid, and 70 g of brown sugar to the pan of water. Cook and stir until boiling, after that turn off the stove and put it in the glass, don't forget to strain it first.Turmeric tamarind drinks ready to be served. You can drink it immediately or wait for it to cool, you can also add ice cubes
